Business and Trade Center

The complex Business and Trade Center – Plovdiv, better known as Rilon Center is found on a major Plovdiv boulevard Hristo Botev, on the crossroad of Stochna Gara, near the Trimoncium hotel and the main railway station of the city. The total construction area of the complex is 22 500 sq. m. Functionally the complex is divided into sectors:

  • Sector А – 9 floors section with bank office, stores, offices and panoramic café-bar
  • Sector В – 5 floors section, in which pastry shop “Nedelia” can be found and 4 floors of offices
  • Sector С – 7 floors section with billiards club, conference hall, beauty salon and offices
  • Sector D – underground parking with approximately 100 parking plots, storage and installation premises and Art Gallery “George Papazov”
  • Sector Е – 6 floors section with offices and apartments
  • Sector F - 7 floors section with bank office, offices and ateliers
  • Sector G – 6 floors section with pizza restaurant, medical cabinets, offices, beauty salon and SPA center;
  • Outer open parking with approximately 60 parking plots.

The complex is constructed according to all contemporary requirements for office building class „А”. These include:

  • Suspended façade - aluminum
  • Common parts with granite
  • Central heating and air-conditioning system
  • Suspended ceilings system “Knauf” and “Armstrong”
  • Partition walls made from YTONG and KNAUF or aluminum window work
  • Outer facades which are not suspended are made from polymer plaster
  • German electrical installation
  • Faience, terracotta and sanitary faience and full equipment with accessories and MDF doors in the service premises
  • Internal doors of aluminum window work
  • Telephone central with 2000 stations
  • Full cable support for internet, security, phones, etc.
  • Billboards and walls for outer advertising campaigns

Common parts management services:

  1. ensuring of physical security and installing and observation of signal-security system and cooperating with security company for guarding of complex
  2. maintaining of the hygiene, including full cleaning once per month and every day cleaning of the common areas of the buildings including staircases, lobby, elevators, green areas, parking plots, common areas for recreation
  3. maintaining and cultivating of the living flora in the Complex in accordance with the common cares in these cases
  4. taking immediate and reasonable action for preventing, containing and/or removing of damages in case of
    • natural hazards
    • fire
    • installation failure
    • failure of equipment and installations of the common hold
    • other events with emergency character
  5. regular maintenance and repair of installations according to acting technical instructions, standards and requirements
  6. organizing of the order on the territory of the Complex
  7. organizing of necessary entry regime in the Complex
  8. insurance of the common areas
