Management and maintenance of buildings
Through the company "Yazov-T" we offer you services for:
- Maintenance of green areas in the Complex including use of specialized watering system, which meets the requirements and necessities of different types of plants. We ensure specialized personnel for the maintenance of plants and when needed change of died plants or planting new ones
- Providing a 24-hour physical security for the entire complex and rigorous admission regime for entry in the complex and continuous monitoring by recording video cameras
- Maintaining the cleanness of the common parts of the complex and Block, including streets, sidewalks, parking lots, staircases, landings, ceilings, walls, ensuring their overall regular cleaning, with the necessary personnel and materials
- Maintenance and normal functioning of all and any facilities and utilities in common areas such as electricity, water and sanitation and others as well as removal of any damage within 24 hours of information about it
- Technical support and regular preventive maintenance of elevators and repairing them in case of failure in 24 hour period after its discovery
- Recruitment of personnel 24-hour available for maintenance and repair of any equipment, common areas, etc., including replacement of broken devices and materials - electric bulbs, electrical switches, different kinds of plants, wiring and equipment in 2 hour period after discovery of the damage
- If a failure in any part of the common areas requires intervention of specialized personnel, we take to ensure such a person within 12 hours of information about the damage.
- Installing individual water and electro meters to report separately the following supplies: spent electricity for the lift, spent electricity for the hallway and stairs; spent electricity for underground streets, spent power in the corridors for the storage compartments; spent electricity for video surveillance and other equipment used in relation to maintenance, electricity for lights spent for the complex, used water for cleaning and watering of the complex.
- By selecting the appropriate staff and subcontractors, the company practically implementes the requirements for high qualification and business ethics. Quality of the services is seen as a function of the professionalism of the staff. Therefore available will be only people with adequate qualifications and experience.
