Construction and investments
The company ensures work for more than 1000 people. The inventory of the company includes over 11 000 sq. m. of casing, armature yard, 7 cranes, telehandler Manitou, 6 buses and over 100 manual and electrical instruments. Annually "Yazov" Ltd. constructs between 120 000 and 150 000 square meters of residential, administrative and trade areas. The company executes all types of construction works, including:
- Pre-project research and preliminary designs
- Technical and working design on all phases
- Excavation works
- Casing, armature and concrete works
- Masonry and window works
- Water and Sewerage and Heating and Ventilation works
- Electrical installations
- All types of finishing works, including tiling, coverings, etc.
The company also has an investment activity through companies in which it is a partner such as "Dira", "Business and Trade center Plovdiv", "Rilon", "Ori Building", "Prime D", "AMG investment" and others.
Currently the company is working in Plovdiv on the following projects:
- Residential complex "Ori Buildings" with construction area of 37 000 sq. m. the started in 2005, consisting of 7 residential bodies with 300 apartments, 200 underground and 200 on-ground parking plots and trading area with more than 100 stores and 60 offices, found near by the Plovdiv International Fair, of which the company is co-investor
- Residential complex "Maritza Gardens" near by the Exit of Plovdiv to Pazardjik, which consists of 21 buildings and has over 500 apartments
- Complex with mixed functions – residential and administrative, "Sky Buildings" with total construction area around 121 000 sq. m., found on the back of "Lokomotiv" stadium near park "Lauta". The company is an investor in the project
- Residential complex "D&D village" with 62 houses and 30 residential blocks with 20 apartments each, found in the nearby village of Markovo. The company is co-investor of the project
